Support services

													

HOPE provides the following services to children and young adults aged 2-25 years who have a diagnosis of Autism or have been referred for diagnosis. Through a holistic approach, staff provide emotional and practical support.

HOPE support services include:

1. One to one support appointments for parents/carers and young people.

2. Day and evening parent/carer support groups

3. Support at multi-agency meetings

4. Signposting and resource library

5. Training, information and workshop sessions for family members, practitioners, and the wider community.

6. Support for transition planning

7. Visual supports
